Last but by no means least we have New Zealands ƒiord this sultry electronic duo have been writing captivating beats and storming dance floors across the globe for the past 10 years. As Antix, brothers Barton and Hayden walked all over the trance and progressive house scene touring the world, playing 100’s of live shows, mesmerizing audiences far and wide. With their alias ƒiord, there is only one rule – “there are no rules”. This kind of creative process is quite something, as ƒiord unfolds, their sounds reek of a new approach, producing a textured timeless rhythm. Working with these outlaw ethics and a belief of always looking to the future, the results are turning heads. ƒiord sounds have been in high demand seeing the boys headlining many of the big festivals of late.

2009 has been a busy year for Nick with releases with long time partner John Digweed in the form of “Tangent” and “Aquatonic” alongside remixes of Timo Maas and Christian Smith and John Selway.

On the remix tip we are very proud to include the fresh talents of Egostereo and Wiretappeur. The Italian duo of Egostereo have emerged as one of the hottest talents in the progressive/techno genre in 2009 and what a stormer of a mix they have provided here. Wiretappeur is the alias for the trio of Florian Kruse, Nils Nurnberg and Stel who have had 2 great releases on Fresh Meat and turn out a beautiful deep house monster here full of luscious chords and deep grooves.
