Few artists earn the level of success M.O.D.E. have experienced so early in their careers, but it seemed obvious from very early on that these guys were very different.
Since forming in late 2008, the UK based duo can name Sasha, Hawtin, Garnier, Lawler, Booka Shade and Boratto as huge fans of their sound, and are being hailed as one of the hottest new talents on the scene.
Witnessing just how their productions fill a dance floor, it instantly hits home why they are already so heavily in demand. A unique style that fuses elements of tech house and techno is devastating sound systems all over the world whilst earning them interviews and extensive coverage in music’s coolest publications and websites.
Their work features on labels and compilations that include Renaissance, Bedrock, Global Underground and Audio Therapy, whilst the list of artists and monikers keen to work with the boys grows day by day.
Further projects for Yoshitoshi, Global Underground and Shinichi await the duo in the coming months, whilst a series of exclusive releases on their own M.O.D.E. imprint through 2010 are set to gain them even more plaudits from across the planet.
The guys are now performing at the globe’s finest venues after signing to Dave Seaman’s Therapy Music roster. Using Ableton & CDJs plus EFX their ground breaking sets incorporate their own production and unique edits alongside the latest music from the world’s finest producers.
